Lovely spacious room and spotlessly clean. The lady is really lovely and very accommodating. The bed was a little soft but aside from that, everything was great.
Tired property, needs renovation, bed was very soft. Room was charged to credit card on morning of booking before we arrived. Even though we phoned ahead to notify late arrival, office was locked and took several minutes to raise manger from their sleep. Office was again locked on morning of departure. Manager needs to learn about customer service.
Lots of flies - need to spray.
No sound proofing - could hear people in room upstairs moving around, even peeing.
Handle fell off bathroom window.
Had to pay $5 to use washing machine.
There was an ancient swing that looked dangerous.
Bigger fridge/freezer needed and a little too much road noise from the front, double glazing would be great, strange that it installed at the rear, a bit sparse on utensils, crockery, a decent hotplate would be an added bonus, having said all that I would gladly stay here again!
Didnt like the stairs to first floor difficult for older folk to get luggage up them .some of appliances such as portable heater and tv a bit tired and in need of replacement. The unit itself very clean and wellequiped and lovely people in reception.was quiet at night would stay again if ground floor
Super friendly check in and friendly / thoughtful assistance throughout.
Rooms bit older, but clean tidy room on upper floor, didnt hear the road noise and nice comfortable bed ( often the hardest part to find)
Loved the fact that staff were able to provide a downstairs unit to accommodate my ladies mobility issues
Vey little road traffic noise despite proximity to main highway
