When we walked in to check in, there were girls about to fight in the lobby bathroom. I then checked in and was given a key to room 211 which hadn’t been cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and and chicken bones everywhere. I then was moved to room 313 and there were dirty towels behind the door in the bathroom and the toilet covered in cleaning solution. I was moved a third time and toilet just ran water the entire night. Bar Louie attracts a loud crowd. Elevator got stuck on 3 and I had to take the stairs. The evening shift just leaves the stepped away sign on the desk. Was denied any sort of refund since I booked with expedited. Gave me free breakfast and some points tho…

Room was not clean. Heater was set to 88 degrees F, room was a sauna when we arrived. Smoke detector had been removed from the room parking is limited and dark.

This was my first worst experience at a IHG. I’m 6 months pregnant and wanted to just relax for the weekend. Housekeeping didn’t change my bedding when requested, front desk told me they would change it at 5pm. Ridiculous, ice machine didn’t work on 3rd floor. Police were called, everyone in the hallways were loud. Just not a great price got the money spent
