"This my second time stay in this hotel after fascinating experiences in the first stay 2 years ago. I would say this time, It was okey (below my expectations built up by my primary experience) due to quality of services. After I checked in, I went to my room and found the room very small and outdated, while based on my first stay, I had found the hotel very modern and clean. Then, I requested to change my room and the staff did it while I have been told that they are fully booked. Overall, the balance of this time services and cost of each night stay didn’t seem to be reasonable in my second stay."

"The hotel is conveniently located one block away from the Eberhardshof subway station. The building appeared new, was clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue with a hair dryer but the staff was very accommodating and provided a workable solution. The included breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. For lunch and dinner there are several casual and take-out restaurants in the area. We had dinners at Meals of Inspiration (MOI), a Thai restaurant, and at Suryana Imbiss, which serves middle eastern food. The staff at both restaurants were very helpful and did there best to accomodate our english language requests."
