The only issue I had was a step I didn’t see going in the second building and I fell. It was the same color and I didn’t see it. So just watch your step

The rooms were very small and dated. Definitely a tight fit for a family of four. The pool is open till 10, but there are no lights so we had to swim in the dark. Breakfast buffet was mediocre.

bright, modernistic property. Only going to ding it for the slight 5-cm lip to step up from the pool deck level to first floor of B-wing. I nearly tripped on that and coming from the USA, am conscious of ADA requirements which that would run afoul of in terms of wheelchair access. Easy to fix, and I expect it will be by my next time in Santiago.
