Skip this hotel if you want a quiet room
These rooms are not soundproofed as advertised. Road noise as well as all noise from corridors was still very audible.

What a hotel! Amazing place to stay in Novi Sad. Parking, restaurant, cleanliness, room size, staff, and also just the general feel of this place were all amazing. We loved this hotel, it’s one of the best we’ve stayed in and we couldn’t recommend it enough. Stay here! Thank you Hotel Pupin for a super vacation.

This is really a very nice hotel, located right next to the historic area. The rooms were modern, large bath, my suite had a coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water. I know that this may sound petty, but the bathroom tissue was very poor quality. And yes, it does make a difference when you stay for 3 days!

The most fantastic staff! We had a car accident prior to check in and they were all so helpful and supportive. If you ever need anything just ask the staff of this amazing hotel!

The rooms are very nice, but try to avoid staying on the first floor. I did and it was not so pleasant. You will have some noise from the outside, but more then that from the inside, since you are right by the reception. Would have been nice to have tissue-paper in the room somewhere… Hotel could not brake a 2,000 din. Bill, which is strange. Hotels always should have that. After all, if I was to pay a small amount, I am sure they would come with the change… Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and clean.

Brand New Hotel in City Centre
The hotel is in a new built office building. Excellent hardware as everything is build to modern standard. However their stuff probably needs more training. There was no towel left in the room, and I had to go to the reception to get one in the middle of the night, as there was only one person on call overnight, and apparently he can't leave the reception. Friendly enough though. Solid 4 star

Perfect location, but a bit noisy
Rooms were very clean, modern and spacy (especially big shower). Staff was very friendly. Location is just 3 minutes from the city center, which is great, on the other hand the hotel is right next to the rush street, which is noisy for the whole day. Parking is in hotel's garage, which is perfect, on the other hand it would be better if it would be already included in accommodation prize (you have to pay extra for parking), because even without parknig the prize of accommodation is rather higher.

Boli sme iba 1 noc . Čistota na úrovni, v centre mesta. Hotel má vlstné podzemné parkovanie za poplatok 10 e . Posteľ pohodlná. Raňajky v pohode, aj keď skromnejšie na úroveň a cenu hotela .

Top Top Top Hotel + Tiefgarage
Neues Hotel, alles sauber, modern, freundliches & aufmerksames Personal. Wir hatten die Suite, unsere Freunde die Doppelzimmer. Alle Zimmer waren super! Was man vielleicht erwähnen sollte, dass - zumindest in den beiden Doppelzimmern, die wir hatten - das Bad Einsicht hat vom Zimmer ins Bad durch Glas. Und zwar nicht wie man es von den neuen modernen Hotels kennt: das man auf die Dusche freie Sicht hat, nein, hier hat man freie Sicht auf die Toilette!!! Bei der Suite ist es nicht so. In der Suite hat man im WZ eine Küchenzeile mit 2 Herdplatten, jedoch keinerlei Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck oder änliches. Da wir eh dort nicht kochen wollten, war uns das egal. Vllt. muss man danach fragen? Die Suite roch sehr gut und ich würde tippen, das darin noch nie etwas gekocht worden ist. Die Tiefgarage ist gross und für alle Fahrzeuge geeignet, mit Videoüberwachung und 2 Security Leuten zusätzlich, die Ein-und Ausfahrt kontrollieren. Es gibt 2 Restaurants: 1x „Fine Dining“ und 1x „Casual Dining“. Wir haben letzteres genutzt und das Essen war super! Wir waren mehr als zufrieden, können es sehr weiterempfehlen und werden es ganz sicher wieder buchen! Danke an das ganze Team Pupin für den exzellenten Aufenthalt!
