"Poor communication. Our flight on June 6th was cancelled. I tried to reach the hotel, to notify them that we would not be there on June 6 and I had no success. I was hoping that the hotel would consider waiving one night of our two night stay due to the reason of our cancelled flight. But there was no one to speak to about it. The phone just rang and rang. When we finally did arrive on the second day of our stay, they said we were a ‘no show’ on our first night. That is not true, I tried to contact the hotel and let them know why we were not able to check in. It was an unfortunate situation, I had been hoping to work through the issue with the hotel. However that did not happen"
