As far as the hotel is concerned at best it’s ok. The gaming is ridiculous. It will only drain your wallet. Very few winners here. If you’re looking for quality, go somewhere else. If you want donate your money to to those that don’t deserve it. All I can say is good luck.

Check in was not impressive at all. No idea I was at the wrong elevator because of no staff, have to use the kiosk to check in, and then had to figure out why the elevator by checkin wasn't working for the floor I was staying on. Oh you need to walk on the other end of the property to the other elevators. Unimpressed for the cost.

If guess stay at the hotel they should have access to the indoor parking lot. The lot was NOT full. Because I’m a Ruby status and could not use it even though I was staying for 2 nights.

We read the reviews mentioning the rooms smelling like smoke and it being not the cleanest. We are glad we take the reviews with a grain of salt. We had a smoking room. It didn't have that old smoke smell. Smelled like fabreeze. We had no complaints (besides not winning in the casino) about this hotel stay. Was quiet, beds were comfortable, fridge worked well, room was on the nicer side. We had a view of the boats which was nice. The parking is seperate from the hotel, even the covered parking but was not a far walk. We did ask about price at the hotel and were quoted $198, went on expedia and got it for $140. Thanks for saving us $50 expedia!! We'd stay again.

I liked the location of the hotel casino, its next to the dunes and a shopping outlet, which would be super fun in the summer months. We had to carry our heavy bags all the way to our room that we had struggled finding. The rooms were clean but the deluxe king room does not have a microwave. The lakeside kitchen had good food but the soda was awful. The casino wasnt very big, had alot of outdated slots, and the "bonuses" were slim to none. The bartender working at "the rocks" was very nice, helpful, and makes a great drink! Overall our stay was not bad, we had alot of fun!

The pool was cloaed for maintenance, thwt was rhe biggest reason we went there bwcuase it was an awesome pool and hot tub the last time we were there. It was not listed on their website, otherwise if it had been, i would not have stayed there. We went there specifically for this. We do not gamble, so no casino for us, it was all about the pool and hot tub. The restaurant sports bar did not have a working blender for a frozen drink. The breakfast restaurant had bad and cold coffee, the shower door hinge area leaked during my shower. The security guard just standing at the front door watched me struggle trying to get thru the doors with my hands full, just watched and smirked. The front desk check in clerk was snotty and unpleasant. Second and LAST time i will ever stay here.
