We would definitely stay here again. The room and property were very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast!

This is my second time staying here because I like the two bedroom and kitchen option. It’s nice that breakfast is included and there is a gym, which was my deciding factor instead of booking elsewhere.

Great stay. They have maximized their space in the breakfast area to include a bar and a shelf of children’s games and a business area. The only downside at breakfast was there was no syrup except for sugar-free.

Bartender was lovely, desk staff was helpful but not on the same page with each other. Area is very quiet and seems safe, very close to public transit. Room was clean and comfortable
I walked into my room and immediately realized it was not the room seen on the ad. When I told the staff it was not the room, they said "Orbitz misrepresented the room because they (Hyatt) rent it as a one bedroom". I was charged $140 additional dollars for the room i thought i originally thought was my room.

Very good amenities, ask for any of janitorial stuff and they will provide. Good breakfast. everything was available in our room (with a side kitchen) for our 2 weeks stay.

No ice machines and the ice maker in the freezer didn’t work. Kitchen smelled moldy. Signs said bar open and complementary snacks 4-6. Not offered at all. Phone didn’t work- couldn’t hear the front desk.

The AC was out of control. It would sometimes get very hot and sometimes very cold. The paint was peeling on the ceiling. The TV controller was not working and unfortunately, there was no Youtube. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the sofa bed mattress was worn out. One of the showers' water pressure felt like nails hitting me. The bathroom sink was tiny. There were so many light switches and we had to figure out which switches did what.

Nice place- minor annoyances
Very nice hotel- The room seemed like a small apartment. Minor things- There are no tables to place drinks or laptops on unless you sit at the kitchen counter- a weird complaint, but something I missed on a business trip where I would have preferred to have a table for my drink and laptop while I watched TV on the couch. The AC unit in the bedroom was super loud - It not the average AC unit in a hotel- I think it was behind a closet type door. I was also surprised how much I could hear in the hallways and also multiple toilet flushes and showers running throughout the evening. Just didn't seem like something you'd expect from a Hyatt- not major- but woke me up a couple of times.

Breakfast was very lacking. Potatoes were still cold / watery, bacon often overcooked and eggs patties (premade and steamed). BBQ area was also lacking with only onebbq that qas poorly maintained and broken in sections. AC unit in room was very loud with extra noise when kicking on. Room was clean and staff friendly. Kitchen was equipped ok. No menu system on tv, so you need to channel surf to find something to watch. Laundry was good on second floor.
