I recently stayed at the Days Inn for a 10-night visit, and my experience was a mixed bag. While the hotel has some positive aspects, there are notable areas that need improvement.
Let's start with the positive: the room housekeeping was vey good. The staff consistently maintained a clean and comfortable living space.
However, the property itself is showing signs of age and is in desperate need of serious maintenance. This includes issues like an out-of-order coffee machine in the lobby and empty vending machines, leaving guests without convenient access to drinks. These factors significantly impacted the overall convenience and comfort of my stay.
On my last night, I encountered a rather unpleasant surprise - a mouse in my room. I promptly contacted the reception, and to their credit, they acted swiftly by changing my room. While it's reassuring that the staff responded promptly to such an issue, the presence of a mouse raises questions about the overall cleanliness and pest control measures in place.
The breakfast provided was acceptable, but given the other issues, it didn't quite make up for the overall experience.
