"The room is a bit tired and needs to be cleaned better. We booked a suite for 3 adults (hide-a-bed and king bed). We expected the hide-a-bed would have been made up but it wasn’t. So we made up the bed. Sheets and pillows for this bed were quite used and needed to be replaced."

"The room was great, staff friendly, hot breakfast was a really nice change. Might seem odd. Not even a real complaint, but I was surprised that there were only two full sized towels in the room. I noticed because whenever hubby and I travel, he gets one and I get One for me and one for my hair. Hand towel doesn’t cut it lol. Everything else was great. If I had noticed the night before, I’d have asked for another. "

"Booked thru the Expedia site using debit MasterCard because I don't have a credit card. Upon checking in I was told that a credit card was MANDATORY for checking in. The manager did not have a way to bypass it(or she wouldn't) so I have to go back and get a card from my mother in law just to check in. It was not clearly mentioned during the process of reserving the room on Expedia site. It caused a headache and almost $80 in cab fare to get the cc. If it's required, it needs to be mentioned...

"We required a crib/playpen for our room. Not only was it delivered promptly, but AJ helped set it up and provided bedding. The room was clean, comfortable and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend giving it a try. "
