"The property was in a great position in the centre of Richmond, yet very quiet. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The cottage has a garage but our car didn’t fit into it. Parking was quite a challenge sometimes,finding somewhere close not on a zoned area."

Take everything you think you will need on the first day as the village shops keep very short hours. We took the car back to the main car park. "We travelled as a family with tow young children. The accommodation was excellent, very modern, clean and got everything we needed. The location is ideal if you want peace and quiet, but close enough to the small village of Embsay and a short drive to Skipton. We will be back."

It was clean, had a good shower and equipped with everything we needed, including some kids toys and dvd’s which came in handy.
