Such an amazing stay. The Palace really is a palace and the staff are so lovely and kind……very attentive when they spot they can help with something. We were good when we returned from the game drive so they brought us heaters to our breakfast table!

It’s worth a visit, facilities were good and the room was big. Staff were very slow. They don’t really explain how to get around, the shuttle is ok but isn’t well signposted / explained.

The room and palace hotel were amazing. It was a great way to start our trip to South Africa. The breakfast was delicious. Shuttle around the resort was prompt and the staff was very helpful at helping you plan activities. The resort had walking trails and a great pool. Pool isn’t heated in the winter but you can go to a nearby hotel to swim.

Had a brilliant stay at the Palace. The breakfast was excellent so much choice and Robert playing the piano was lovely, he is so talented and friendly, he played a few notes of my husbands favourite song when requested. Service was top notch. Would stay longer next time.

This resort really had it all! It’s beautiful and spacious. The staff are very friendly. There are so many options for dining all day long as well as activities and relaxation. We visited during winter which is off peak season. I expect if you go during the high tourist season it will be so busy
