The only negative was the train tracks at Milsons Point run directly under the hotel and beep their horns on entering the tunnel.
Book a room high up in the building as you would feel the rumble and the noise of the trains.
View was fantastic.
Bathroom slightly on the small side but modern and clean.
All staff lovely.
I definitely would stay again but on floor 7 or above.

Just enjoyed a weekend of sport in Sydney and used the Mantra Chatswood as a base. Great location close to transport and took the opportunity to take a look at the Vivid festival on The Concourse in Chatswood. Amazing light show worth a look.
A health problem made it necessary for me to stay longer than my booking. The staff response was faultless in looking after my needs. The food at this hotel is always superior and sometimes I take friends there to eat even when I am not a hotel guest. In some respects the hotel falls short of its 4-star rating, particularly in its bathroom décor and the age if its fixture and fittings. However it makes up for this with its food and staff service.
we only required the room for sleeping as we were out all day and we found the room comfortable
the bed quilt was badly stained and filthy so we consigned it to a cupboard otherwise the bed was okay
the shower was hopeless and ran out of hot water very quickly
We live in country NSW and had to travel to Sydney for medical reasons, and needed somewhere conveniently located to the hospital. The place that we normally stayed at was booked out, but the Royal Pacific fitted the bill nicely, so it's another one on our list. We found the hotel very clean and comfortable, the staff pleasant and the food, although not a very extensive menu, good. The lift was definitely a plus.

North Sydney is a compact secondary central business district. High-rise offices, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and a few small shopping malls dominate. Busy from Monday–Friday, it quiets down on weekends, but within 1 km is the relaxed, al fresco café, pub, and restaurant scene of Blues Point Road. Trendy Kirribilli is not much further away at the northern base of the Harbour Bridge.
