The pool was completely shut down for a party or something, which was very unfortunate considering I was there with my 3 kids for my sons birthday.. there was not a notice anywhere, so we booked at over $200/night & couldn’t even use the pool..

Overall nice place to stay, staff was super people.
The facility does need some upgrades and minor maintenance,breakfest was welcomed every morning.

I would not recommend this hotel or Expedia to anyone. I booked a two night weekend and had to make changes to one night and the hotel said it was up to Expedia to refund my money and Expedia said it was up to the hotel. Moral of the story is you get no refund. Horrible experience I do not recommend either.

The telephone in our room was not working and nothing was done about it...breakfast hours changed and we were not notified...our room was cleaned and no clean towels were replaced...on the day we checked out we had mo running water to shower or wash our hands, brush our teeth...nothing...would not recommend.
It work for what I needed. Staff very nice. I was not in the property much as I was attending meeting elsewhere and did not spend much time at the hotel, except to sleep
This property was a bit below average and had things such as burned out light bulbs and ice machines not working. It was also very inconvenient from a parking perspective.

The pool area was great! And the breakfast was sufficient. The hotel was dated and we had a few issues in the room: sink wouldn’t drain, provided toiletries not filled, and very low water pressure in shower. The front desk was helpful. The hotel was pet friendly, but there wasn’t a dog area outside to use the bathroom.

I never stayed. I asked for a cancellation but never heard back.?
Totally unexceptable!!!!.. mold on the pull out sofa !!… checked in and went to wash my hands in the bathroom sink and it plugged up. Went to get help but no help !! No replacement room and paid 300 $$ and can’t even use the sink to brush teeth or wash hands !!
Got out and hoping to get better hotels next time

We arrived at 3:45 and there were no rooms ready for us. We waited and were put into a room (105) on the first floor with a badly damaged couch. I assume from a cat because it smelled of litter box. I went back to the desk and our room (126) still wasn’t ready. After another wait we were put into 122 with again a badly scratched up couch. By this time we were too exhausted to ask again. During our stay, I took pictures of what appears to be black mold in the bathroom, the couch, the torn curtain and several other dirty places. The “pillow top” mattress was hard, neither of us could sleep so we went to breakfast at 7:30 and the food wasn’t ready. All of the employees were gracious and I learned from one they had put us on the pet floor (we didn’t have a pet.) plus we paid more than they would have charged us if we had booked directly with them!

Property was in a good area, the hotel needs a mommy makeover. It’s very OLD. The outside looks great, but the inside however needs lots of work! Breakfast staff was very helpful.

I didn’t have high hopes for this hotel, but it was pretty gross. The rooms smelled moldy, the comforter had what I hope was a coffee stain on it, the carpet was dirty, the toilet was dirty, etc. needs a lot of work.

NOT A GREAT HOTEL
THE HOTELS ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK AND THEY ONLY HAD ROOMS ON THE 3RD FLOOR. IT WAS NOT NICE TO HAVE TO CARRY OUR SUIT CASES UP 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. THE BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE AND VER ALL I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
