Quaint. Clean. Near URI. You can hear everything upstairs from downstairs room. They charged 3 times the regular price on graduation weekend.

Room is quite large and spacious, full kitchen was a very nice surprise, beds very comfy and bathroom recently updated and modern. I was running late for my check-in, and the staff reached out to connect with me. I certainly appreciate their concern! I would definitely recommend this Inn for anyone traveling in RI.

It was very quiet. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. A nice place to get breakfast and lunch is very close. Convenient to Newport and other attractions. Overall worth the stay.

this might be an Expedia thing, but I didn't realize I had to check in before 5. I felt bad about keeping the desk clerk waiting for us, and needing to call us en route to ascertain time of arrival. The room was quite comfortable.

Hidden gem
We loved it ! Except we had to pay for 2 rooms because my friend Paila thought she cancelled the room she booked but she booked 2 and only cancelled one with Expedia. They would not refund her anything . The room was clean and nicely furnished . Nice bathroom, plenty of towels and hot water . We loved Jiggers restaurant , right next door . Felt safe and cozy there . We went into Wickford for the evening , which is always delightful . We will be back !

It said the check-in was 3-6, that seems to end a little early. Check-in was easy and the lady was very nice! The price is pretty reasonable for the area! My room was clean and nice. There were a few issues that I did NOT remember to report. All were in the bathroom. The TP holder was loose. The lights would flicker briefly, probably when a larger motor like a fan would start. The issue that bothers me the most is that the shower faucet was odd to use and the only way to keep the water from being too hot was to use a significantly lower flow! If they are reading this it was room # 17. Sorry I didn't report earlier! I got the vibe that if I had said something they would have fixed it or moved me! Nice place! I will definitely consider again if I get back to the area!!!

So disappointed. Pictures online were quite misleading. Our room had a king bed, 2 nightstands, but only one lamp. Found that the outlet on that side of the bed didn't work, which made our night difficult because of medical equipment. Floor lamp also did not work. Ceiling lights were inadequate. Soap bars were barely more than a sliver. Shower floor was not in good repair. Bedspred was itchy - we had to remove it and use the extra blanket that was provided. Floors were dirty and in need of being vacuumed. Screens were ripped and window tracks were very dirty so we could not leave windows open.

A comfortable stay!
Drove up from NY to do some fishing in Rhode Island for the weekend. Needed a place not too far from the dock and Hamilton Village was it! I reserved the apartment style room with full kitchen. It surpassed my expectations. Looking foward to making this the place to stay when i book my weekend fishing trips!

Staff was accommodating we had a last min request for cot etc. place was clean. Only downside and to no fault of hotel but folks in neighboring room arrive to their room at 1 am and partied. Could hear them off and on til 4:30 am. .

Run down - at least the room I was assigned - killed five good sized spiders in my room upon entering, flies in the bathroom coking from the shower drain, and hair all over the place - it was disgusting.

The property has been updated very nicely. It has a 1950s style about it, but is totally “now” as far as amenities. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Overpriced for a basic motel. Bath updated and clean. Too much parking lot light thru minimal drapes at night. Place is quiet. Breakfast cafe on site is good. No hair dryer

Dirty, bedding with stains. No closet, no hair dryer. Dirty bathroom floor, bath tub, liking bath tub, mildew all over the tub. Alarm clock disgustingly dirty. Desk phone disconnected and disgusting with sticky dirt. The room floor looks like never was washed Front office persona was very unfriendly, when I ask questions, her response was “ I don’t care, I am here only on Saturday and I have full time jobs “ imagine!!!! It’s seams that is hook up place. One hour rent or so.. stay way from this place, strongly advise; stay way !

I am sorry for your inconvenience and we do apologize for staff rudeness that is not acceptable we will talk to her take action for her behavior. we did change laundry service also found out old laundry service not doing a good job so we did change that and for cleaning in the room we will look up more closely now again sorry and apologize for your stay was not comfortable as you like it.

Fine cute motel
The king beds are FIRM, but I was able to get extra pillows from the front desk. No hairdryer but overall the room was nice. Some noises from the roadway but didn’t disturb me at night. Not super close for Ryan Center events, but doable if you have a car. A mini-mart and excellent Rome Point Cafe are walkable. The cafe gets busy early, so plan accordingly. Wickford Village and John H Chafee Preserve are nearby too.

The property was filthy and we ended up with bedbugs - bites from head to toe. I would never ever ever stay there again. When I notified the management of the bugs they switched rooms - second room smelled of urine, dead cockroach on the floor, stained towels. Only refunded the last two nights of my stay when I said I would leave - charged full price for the nights I was there getting eaten alive by bugs.

Sorry for your inconvience and we called the terminix to check out for the bedbug and there is no sign of bedbug in the any rooms and speciallt they inspect room you stayed there are nothibg inthe room maybe you get mosquito bite or any kind of allergy but we do not have bedbug in the property. we did refund you the money you didn't stay not take ant extra money. Our stay at Hamilton Village Inn was wonderful. It was an easy check-in and the room was perfect. They also had a great area to sit outside and relax at the picnic tables and adirondack chairs.

HVI - good value for the money
Stayed a couple of nights. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful when we needed an iron an board. The internet was a little spotty. I'd definitely stay again.

Our bathroom tile was missing a saddle . Bathroom vanity and sink looks like someone dumped coffee and was still in the sink and front of white vanity . Top comforter was dirty. Only 4 chairs on the whole level to sit outside on . Told us to park by our door but someone was parked there already had to park on other side of the building.
