The room was large & clean. I liked the full kitchen & separate lounging area. The courtyard was also a plus.

Bathroom door was cut too small on the side and would not close tightly or lock. Could hear people walking around in the floor over us very late and early morning.

Our room was very clean. There was an issue with the plumbing being repaired which rendered us without hot water for a bit but other than that it was a nice stay. The outside courtyard was great. Access to fresh coffee 24/7 was awesome too.

This is a nice place to stay! The staff was very accommodating to request. There is lots of options to eat around the area, and it’s fairly secluded near lots of other hotels. it’s easy to find right off the highway A good central location if you are vacationing in Charleston. Having access to a full kitchen helps save money on eating out. I would recommend if your trip is 3 days

I had received a text a few days prior regarding keyless entry through the app. I downloaded the app and tried to check after the 3:00 check in time and kept getting an error that the room wasn't ready. There was nobody at the front desk. We sat there a while with our kids and nobody showed up so we left and went shopping a few hours and I kept checking the app and always got that same message. Finally close to 6 I went back to the hotel and someone was there and I informed her of the issues with the app and she said "oh yeah that's not working yet". Well maybe communicate that with your guests!! We were wondering for a few hours if we would even get to check in that night, which is not a good feeling with two kids that far from home. The hotel was very clean and our room was very clean, the door knobs all seemed broken but other than that it was a spotless room.

My shower had zero hot water, could not reach anyone at front desk for help.Next door had a party in courtyard with kids til 200am and with doors slamming every 20 min mins made it difficult to rest. The place is beautiful and well kept . But noone is around at night to maintain or help you after 800pm

It was nice and new, loves the courtyard and bbq area However very few cutlery, no steak knives and no wine glasses. Only one chair for the dining area in the kitchen ?

Our rooms were spacious. I had three adult kids moving in and out over a short time period. I got to cook a home cooked meal and share time as a family. Staff was helpful when needed. Just ask. loved it.

Loved the layout of the room. Was able to let the kids watch TV in the bedroom and the adults watch TV in the “livingroom” and not be crowded. Very nice place! Would definitely stay here again. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t necessarily need the full kitchen, there was only 1 tab left for the dishwasher, no soap for the sink. Front desk closes so unable to get more towels, but we made do. It was nice however that due to our late arrival we were able to checkin by getting our keys from a lock-box and go straight to our room.

Pretty good
This is a new property so everything was clean and in great condition. My only complaint is that the kitchen had minimal supplies. We didn’t even get a dish towel, just a dishcloth and one pot holder. There were four plates, bowls, cups and glasses. The same with the silverware although there were a couple of cooking utensils. Three pans, two were frying pans and a round baking sheet. I think they should have just a couple of serving bowls at least. The staff we dealt with was very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
