It was just little minor things that just needs some updated because of the using. The toilet would continue to run for a while after flashing, towel rack had was not sturdy with rust on it, the kitchenet sick knobs kept turning and it was a bit difficult to turn the water off and the peeling of the wallpaper. It just needs to remodeled updates.

No bedding for couch. Called housekeeping when got in at 1030pm and waited 25 min. Called again and was told they would be right up. Waited another 20min called again and was told i needed to come get the bedding myself. Went down to desk and blanket was disgusting and ragged. Back in room started to fall asleep after another 25 min and housekeeping showed up, laughed when i said i was made to go to desk to get linen. Unhappy and dont think i will stay here again.

If I had a significant other or family I would never stay here. Staff were constantly on their phones, chatting with each other. Meanwhile I stood there for 20 minutes not knowing where to check in or how to get help. They didn’t care at about me at all. My room had mold in it and smelled like smoke. I have $1000 in clothes that are now ruined because someone came in and stomped on my clothes. I’m also missing sunglasses. I will never go back to this place in my life.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The great thing was we had a bed to sleep in for the night. The rest of the experience was interesting. The food in the restaurant was not good-and our dinner ordered were need up and very overcooked. The evening staff was very rude and not very hospitable, but at least the morning staff were friendly. Besides having a very uncomfortable bed, the worst part of the stay was the fact that the shower did not have any warm water. A cold shower after a rough night is not a great way to start the day It also would have been nice to have known you have to pay to park in the parking lot, before checking in
