2-night stay while visiting family. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Location right downtown was convenient, but few amenities in area. Hotel in general is dated and in desperate need of upgrading but room was fair condition with comfortable beds. For a place to sleep overnight, it fit our needs.

I stay at this property on a regular basis, and I have never been more upset with the bed and mattress as I was this visit.

too much scented cleaners in the room. Allergy striken the whole time I was there. Stained sheets:/ SOme renovations to fix water damage need to be done.

Did not smell fresh and clean, bathroom tub is moldy and tub is unleveled, almost slipped, carpets dated, walls dirty, first floor room has a door to the sketchy parking lot.

Property is right downtown and close to all amenities by walking. Room was relatively clean in some aspects but found hairs in bedding and makeup stains on pillows. Wasn’t sure if it was old linens? Bathroom tub surround was in rough shape. Mold evident on window sills.

My family and I rented 2 rooms for 1 wk. The 1 room had peeling walls in the bathroom and mold in the shower. We werent aware that only 2 adults were able to stay in 1 room and any other adult was an extra $10 a day. And we had 2 small dogs which we were not aware cost $15 a dog per day. The first couple of days were ok,with them changing sheets and towels and what not. But after that they didnt do it anymore. They didn't even come around and offer fresh things. It was so dry in the room my son got a nose bleed. Upon leaving and room checking, they wanted to charge the whole $150 for a spot of blood on the sheet. Upon some disagreement they only charged $40. We will not be staying at this location again and will not recommend.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. There was pee on the toilet, mold in the shower and the bath was full of soapscum and hair. I had to wash everything because I just couldn’t live like that and couldn’t afford better place because of price difference. Also the beds were prolly made and I questioned if it was actually washed. I mean I am a chambers maid in my home town and this was just the worst I ever seen a room. The place is falling apart and the bathroom door didn’t even close and I was there with my son.
The room size was ok it could have been a great stay. There is an access door from to room to go outside. The beds were old and very bad to sleep in. The mattresses were done.

Room had wall paper falling off the wall. Bed was underneath section that was peeling off. Room was musty smelling from the water damage. Cannot believe they wanted to rent this room to us. We canceled the room went to Hampton Inn instead.
The whole building is in need of upgrades. Poor choice for anyone staying in North Bay.

We didnt even go inside bc it looked sooo rough outside. There were a bunch of guys hanging out in the parking lot smoking when we pulled up and honestly didnt feel safe getting out of the car! We went someplace else!!
