Front desk staff were cordial & tried to help with no hot water complaint. Property was outdated. We were given rooms on 6th floor via telephone prior to arrival. Upon arrival the 2 reserved rooms were not available & they attempted to put us on different floors. Finally we were give rooms on the same floor. No complimentary breakfast & parking is too expensive. $15 for each night.

Filthy room, bed moves when sitting in it or leaning on it, heavy dirt in corners, rusty tub, crooked wall art, desk is bowed in the center, I have plenty of pics to show if interested. Never again.

To start the beds were on casters and the wheels didn’t lock. So my bed literally rolled around all night. The water pressure in the shower was so bad I could barely even use it. The room itself was dated and just gross. I will never be back at the hotel again.
