The AC/heating unit didn't work properly in the room and it was warm all night. There were no towels in the room either.

Perfect Birthday Getaway
The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center is great! I took my here for her birthday just as an overnight getaway from the hustle and bustle of parenting and it was a blast. Located in the heart of Town Center, there’s so much to outside and inside the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable with the perfect temperature. Beds are heaven and the hotel ambiance screams luxury. 10/10 stay.

Nice staycation for a reset. The staff was polite and welcoming during our stay and departure. They always had a smile on their face and ready to help in anyway they could. We stayed on a high floor in a corner room and the views were amazing. We did hear random sirens throughout the night and early morning which did wake us from time to time but the comfort the bed provided there was no trouble getting back sleep. The only downside to our stay was the small shower and the heated pool was not heated which they are currently working on. Other than that, you’ll love your stay here at The Westin Towne Center in Virginia Beach a hotel where you can relax, release and restore.

Hotel has a large car park directly connected, very convenient. Good assortment of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean, well kept and maintained. Internet was decent - around 8-10 mbps, adequate for web browsing and Teams.

Decent room with some internal noise issues
The room was spacious and clean and the overall stay was good. There seems to be some kind of plumbing issue that makes the toilet and shower make a long and bassy noise, similarly to a ship horn. We thought about asking to change rooms but we had already unpacked for a 1-night stay and also heard the noise coming from nearby rooms as well.

Not up to Westin standards. Room had toilet that flusher didnt work; pubic hair on the back of the bathroom door. Couldn't adjust the thermostat below 68 bc the unit will freeze. Room is small and decorated fine. The area is like a party area so the clients are hit or miss with being respectful to the hotel. Needs some tlc just to get it back up to the 350 a night rate. No valet parking.

Couples weekend getaway
Great property. Couldn't be in a better location. Super clean. All the staff we encountered were amazing. My only disappointment was breakfast. Everything was luke warm. Frozen potatoes cubes with no garnish. Someone from the kitchen was running food and just auctioning it off at tables. Our strawberry and orange wedge garnish should have been thrown out 3 days prior. Both of our toast choices were of good quality and eggs were well cooked. Our server was super sweet. Just disappointed for a $1000 two night stay. All and all we would stay again.
