Everything was good, as far as cleanliness and it was quiet. My biggest concern is that my card was charged twice for the $100.00 fee. I asked about it, and the young lady at the desk assured me that when I checked out, everything would be good. I will be checking out shortly, so we’ll see. Also, when I checked in, I wasn’t told anything about breakfast, the time, nothing. I do believe that people have forgotten the meaning of customer service.
