Neighbor's were very loud and smoking (marijuana and cigarettes) even though the hotel is nonsmoking. Could smell it through the internal conjoining door. Asked to be moved but the hotel was completely booked up. Very convenient considering the location. My baby got sick on the bedding and when requested they bought up fresh linen and took away the dirty linen. Breakfast was okay.

I walked in to my room and it was so nasty. I asked for a rag and some cleaner to clean shower door that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. Waited over 45mins and noone came after said they would. Went to front and asked for it again. Finally got something. Came back to clean then wondered why the heck am i doing this. Looked at walls they were nasty stuff all iver them. AC unit look like its never been cleaned. The remote was sticky snd nasty. Mirror looked like someone took old soap rag ans wiped it off. Took pictures of rags ac unit and shower door and walls. Forgot to get picture of inside shower. I wouldnt recommend staying there unless you just dont care about cleanliness. They wanted to switch my room there was no way i was staying there.

I chose this property because it looked nice and had a pool. But the entire time, the pool was down, when I spoke with the staff he said it would be up by the next day and it was not. The best part about my stay was the staff for breakfast. Would not recommend, would not stay again. Honestly I wanted to leave the next day.

The breakfast was the only thing not up to par. Orange juice taste like water, no apple juice and it was only pork sausages . I was expecting turkey sausages to be available

I didn't like the fact that during the time I was there. I had no phone room service. The phone didn't work? The toilet wasn't functional. It took 2 plumbers to get it correct and far. Is the breakfast that time in the morning? That area shouldn't have been dirty like it was. The bagels were hard the food and the hot trays were not hot at all

Everything was good, as far as cleanliness and it was quiet. My biggest concern is that my card was charged twice for the $100.00 fee. I asked about it, and the young lady at the desk assured me that when I checked out, everything would be good. I will be checking out shortly, so we’ll see. Also, when I checked in, I wasn’t told anything about breakfast, the time, nothing. I do believe that people have forgotten the meaning of customer service.

A live bedbug was crawling on the pillow when I arrived in the room. A pair of underwear was outside someone’s door in the hallway. The staff admitted to knowing the hotel has bugs & had been told my management not to say anything to customers in order to not deter them from staying there.

Location great. Staff was nice. Breakfast was okay. Cockroaches in the bathroom ruined the experience— if I noticed them the first day I would have moved out. When I told the staff during check out she said “yes, that’s our biggest complaint” “Will be renovating soon”.

I was not impressed with this hotel. The walls in the bathroom was nasty. The headboard on the bed was nasty. The carpet was in horrible shape. Staff did not greet you with a hello upon checking in. I slept in my clothes as I felt the bed linen was dirty.

Crawling with roaches
They have roaches everywhere! I would turn off the light and watch TV and I see them crawling. I saw at least 10 of them in the 2 nights I stayed there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Cleanliness is the minimum a hotel should do. How can I trust the food, for example, if the rooms have roaches?

As soon as I walked in, I stood for a minute and then a woman comes out. i loudly greeted her and the first words out of her mouth was “You checking in for Quality Inn”. I asked is Sleep Inn the same thing.? She said nothing. She then asked for my name which I gave to her. To make a long story short her customer service skills SUCK. Afterwards a gentlemen came in and she gave him a very warm welcoming. She was the complete opposite with me. In the room our second bed was broken. Literally leaning to the left side. I will most likely never stay here again or let my family stay here.
