The check in was confusing since they claim expedia made a mistake but the mistake was from their end. Once it was fixed then everything else went well. The room was clean and the bed was ok too. I would stay there again.

From the front of the building it looke decent enough but when you went around back it looked in rough shape. We got to our room and removed the covers and there was a dirty spot on the sheets. The rest of the room didnt seem all that clean either. Ended up going to walmart to buy blankets and towels to use instead of their

Front desk was friendly but understaffed, check in took a long time even though I was second in line. Room was physically cleaned well upon check-in but it had an odor of smoke even though it was "non-smoking" (odor probably was sucked in through HVAC system from other rooms or outside). Good to at least have some coffee available in the lobby in the morning but there wasn't breakfast. A decent place to lay your head at night at a relatively inexpensive price (for the heavily overpriced area) but not much more than that.

When I checked in we couldn’t get our door open. When we did, We found the room had not been cleaned. There was a decorative cover on the bottom bed frame and on both beds those covers had mold on them. The nightstand had mold on beds. We turned around to leave and got stuck in the room. I had to pull the door open with full force. Not fire safe. We checked out immediately. We didn’t spend a night AT ALL there.

if you need a place to just sleep, it was fine. but it is dated and a bit run down. the vending machines only had 1 option and the front desk people have zero personality. and the overnight clerk seemed jumpy and jittery- this isn’t the worst place i’ve stayed but you get what you pay for.

The women at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered her name. Maybe Cherly? Room was clean and equipped with basic necessities. Convenient to so many restaurants and stores. My family enjoyed staying here while visiting the beach. Will stay here again for our next beach trip.

Standard room and quite clean. The doorknob on the door that connected to the adjacent unit was broken, the deadbolt worked so it was unsettling but not a massive risk. I notified the front desk about it and were most concerned about the deadbolt functioning. The receptionist announced my room number out loud - thankfully there weren't others in the lobby but this is a big safety concern.

The staff was friendly. TV didnt work at first, but was fixed immediately. Heat didnt work, but tech came to mess with it, didnt know whatvwas wrong but did get it working. Only coffee in the morning was in the Lobby and was not very good.
