"Strange experience. Toilet paper ran out first day and we were told to buy our own. Initial toilet paper was a starter kit. Also had to clean apartment to avoid $50 extra charge. Never experienced such rental rules. Suggest they advertise their rules before we rent . "

"We had four adults and three young teenagers and the layout of the house and bedrooms was perfect to accommodate us all - comfortable beds with good quality and quiet air conditioners. The kitchen is very well stocked with a large fridge and enough plates, platters and cooking utensils and glasses for a large group. (But be sure to bring your own food across with you from Noosa, as there is only one very small shop over there, only carrying the basics.) The house is quiet and away from others...

"Our family had a really relaxing 3 night stay at Noosa Waterfront Resort. The property was great for our family of five. We loved the water view of the canal and we enjoyed sitting out on the back deck. Easy walking distance to shops too, which was great. "

"What a perfect house for our extended family to stay at for 3 nights over Easter. The bedrooms and living/dining area were comfortable and well furnished and we loved the outdoor space and pool. There was plenty of space for our family which included 6 adults and children under 5 and it was an easy walk to the beach. We particularly loved the quirky decor, the peaceful treetop views into the national park from the balconies, the plunge pool for cooling off after walking up the hill from the beach, and the pool table. "Fantastic property that had everything we needed for a family holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy multiple activities in separate areas of the house. The house and outside property was very clean and extremely well appointed. The beds, bedding, linen, towels were of a very high quality as well as the kitchen utensils and cutlery and crockery. Penny our host was so very accommodating and fantastic at communicating making time to meet my specific requests regarding sleeping...

"Property was clean, super comfy beds with great bedding. Ceiling fans were helpful, no need to use the a/c. We used the little pool and tennis court whilst there, which was great for the kids. Recently refurnished we had read as recently refurbished, this doesn't take away from the property but be sure on your expectations. "Good place to stay. Very neat and tidy. Needed a sensor lights to come on when you enter the property at night. A brush and pan to scoop up the dirt on the floor after we swept it. Frying pans need to be replaced. Overall an amazing place to stay we would certainly recommend this place for a vacation"

"House was lovely upon first appearance, but unfortunately the longer we stayed the more uncleanliness we came to notice. Holes in walls, thick dust on fans and stains on bed sheets and cockroaches under dining table. The pool was great, very child and family friendly with a nice entertaining area with bbq. We liked that the house provided toys for children who stay and it was a short drive to nearby town and beaches."
