"We had a great experience. The service was all one could ask for. We were there for valentines day and my birthday and the staff celebrated both, including a birthday cake! The large suite was always clean and tidy and the daily fruit fix was a welcome addition. The location is fabulous close to some great restaurants and the center of Belgrade. The restaurant was clean and food good. Service everywhere was fabulous. We will definitely be back."

"Hotel is definitely not a four star due to lack of cleanliness. At best a 3 star due to the location and young hip friendly staff. Cleaning staff didnt even bother to clean or remove our trash until we complained the next days. Bathroom had no instructions on whaat is their towel policy and lack of shampoos and shower gels, they infact gave a soap bar. Moreover, we found blood stains on the floor. Wont recommend for kids or toddlers. "

It was a bit of a tight squeeze. We had to walk to see the sights of Belgrade but I suspect wherever you stay in the city that this will be the case as they are not all in one area. "We appreciated our stay. Although the hotel is older, we liked its classic features. Enjoyed the spa and the breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.
