New and clean hotel. Staff is friendly. Good location too. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely and convenient
This hotel was very central and close by to the station and little supermarkets so very easy to get around. Employees were very pleasant to deal with, we had a travel distribution due to U.K. air traffic control closing we booked on for another 2 nights and the hotel had availability which was great news. Breakfast was small but everything was tasty - no complaints at all would visit again!

I booked two deluxe rooms each with a large sofa bed. The hotel was full and they gave me one with a large sofa bed and one without. No apologies, no explanation and no compensation. Poor service from reception and the hotel manager.

The hotel was very conveniently located a short walk to the Place Messena and seafront. The staff was very, very helpful and always available. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nice.

This is an excellent choice for Nice being central and walkable to all the major attractions with easy access to the tram and bus network. The hotel appears to have been recently refurbished and well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive. Altogether an excellent experience. Our room was on the smallish side but given the hotel’s attractive lounge and patio area this was no bother at all.

Room was great. Public area dated.
At first I got a room which was tiny. I asked to upgrade to a bigger room and I paid $25 euros more a night but the room was significantly larger and nicer. The hall way and public area looked very dated and old but it’s okay as long as the room was okay.

Gem of a hotel
Very clean comfortable hotel. Lovely toiletries and rooms cleaned daily. ( slippers would have been nice) Helpful reception staff , happy to give directions, recommend restaurants etc. Good choice of breakfast with seating inside and out. Hotel within walking distance to all tourist areas.

Very accommodating. We had some air con issues and they were so accommodating, changing rooms for us. Good location. Close to shops, restaurants and a laundromat. Less than 1km to the beach.

Staff was consistently nice and helpful. Property very modern and room size decent for France. Hotel was the right distance from the main tourist area but within a quick 10 minute walk to the shops, beach and promenade. The area was also relatively safe.

Good, but expensive for what you get
Good hotel and good location to the old town and main shopping street which are two of the better places in Nice. Hotel however is just good, found it expensive give room/bathroom size (a toilet you so close to the door) and the need to hire beach towels wasn’t great. Refillable water bottles in the room, although the sign about it was so small we didn’t even notice it, plus only one fountain nearish the lobby. They do have a shower you can assess in the lobby which we wish we had known to use pre-flight, would be good to let guests know about this. Bar area seemed nice but didn’t stay for any drinks. Overall a decent city hotel but compared with others we have stayed in I wouldn’t return unless prices were reduced!

Let me start by saying that this is the best four star hotel we’re ever stayed in. We, a family of four with two kids, traveled through Europe and stayed in half a dozen four star hotels across three countries. None of them come close to this one. I’m actually not sure why they are rated four and not five star. Our suite was a full fledged two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. You don’t get that in US unless you stay at Ritz or Waldorf. Super clean, modern, and close to the beach. Book earlier and you’ll get a great deal. Otherwise good luck. This is a gem. You’ll not regret. Very impressed.

Beautiful little hotel that must have been recently renovated. It is very well located just a short walking distance to old city, beach, and shopping areas. The staff was super friendly. Most importantly the rooms and bathroom are clean, which was most important for my wife and me. Would definitely stay there again.
