We found the hotel to be very noisy, the doors were very loud shutting, so it was hard to sleep. We also had a leaking toilet in our room and the bathroom was not very clean. On a positive not the girl working at checkin, was very friendly and helpful!

When we arrived upon checking in I was told that the elevator is not in service,Now I was place on the highest floor which was the third floor,lugging two kids and two carry-On was just too much.The beds were noisy as you turn,sit whatever it squeaks..The only thing I like was it was easy to access the water park.. POOR POOR POOR HOTEL!

The people in the upper room were jumping, running, and watching TV too loudly until a while after midnight, which made my son get scared and stressed out. I called the front desk 4 times, and they didn't help. Each time I called, they said security was on the way to the hotel and never arrived.

It’s location with the water park and falls is great. The hotel staff were less than desirable to deal with not friendly, slow including having three or four staff at the desk but only one person helping people. The hotel is dated and beds were not comfortable you can feel the springs in the mattresses. We didn’t spend much time here other than to sleep.

Great place to start with the entire family especially when you’re going to the water park. Very convenient, staff were great and helpful. Great space for kids to just be kids and run around to burn off the extra energy before bedtime. Will be our new “go to” hotel from now on, at least until the kids get to big to enjoy it.

We stayed in a room facing the courtyard. The rooms were ok…bed was very uncomfortable, and the towels were like sandpaper. But the worst thing was the noise level. The walls were like paper!!!! There were people up at 6am in the hotel and you could hear them like they were basically inside your room. The waterpark was good, but it was extremely busy, but it’s March break so we figured that going in. Kids had fun, but probably wouldn’t stay at the hotel again.

The check in was delayed significantly, disorganized, multiple lines. Room was not ready on time even though check in was already late at 4:00. Lobby does not have washroom. Parking area is narrow small and very risky. I am not sure if it even meet a parking building code. The water park change area does not have spinning dryers for wet bathing suits. If it was not for the water park. I would not have gone. Next time I will check in another hotel and buy just the water park guest tickets

The only good about staying at Skyline was the Waterpark on site. There were bloodstains on the window curtain, only 1 blanket for 2 beds, two of our pillows had gum on them, and there was no complimentary breakfast. The restaurant next to the hotel cost us $155 for 4 people to have breakfast. We weren't told about the $60 deal for 4 people until after we entered the restaurant, and found out we had to buy the tickets for that ahead of time. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at that didn't offer some kind of breakfast included in the price.

Old hotel infrastructure that needs update. Have been here few times before COVID-era. However, it’s just seem to have frozen in time - shower. Card readers, noise from the room upstairs … Moreover, customizable options are not offered. Worse, even the waterpark has lost its lust - nothing new or fresh about it - towels needs to be bought and hot tub closes at 6pm while guests returning next day ae only allowed after 10am. Definitely our last trip to Skyline Hotel & Waterpark…. Great Wolf Lodge is the winner😊

Only stayed one night at the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Little noisy in the evening as lots of families and kids stays here. We liked the indoor skyway access to the Fallsview Waterpark and it’s very close (walking distance) to all the shops, attractions and restaurants in Clifton Hill. The challenging part was parking. It wasn’t clear for us where to park so we had to drive around looking and then finally parking in the Waterpark parking garage. Then it was also very confusing how to walk back to the hotel from the parking garage. No clear signs. Overall not a bad option but on the pricier side.

My family and I had an awesome stay at the hotel and waterpark. My 3 kids loved the bunkbed and awesome for a family of five. Complaints, the waterpark package only comes in 4 passes and have to purchase another one, would be great if they just added the one pass. Another one is the parking fee, It was a surprise fee for me, the hotel should mention on the booking that you have to pay for parking. Other than those things mentioned, we had a good time.
