Of the start, the hotel was very misleading. They provided us with information in regards to parking that seemed as if the parking was free, only to be slapped with a $20/night parking.
Second problem:
We went up to our room to find that’s the TV as claimed by the hotel is a SMART TV, which gives the assumption that Netflix, Disney+ and other various streaming options would work. Yet the TV does not connect to the internet, only Live Cable TV is available, even though the TV itself has the Netflix and other apps built in, they DO NOT WORK.
Our heater didn’t work, after we notified them, they told us they can’t do anything on our first night there, they said we’d have to wait until the morning for someone to fix it.
Come morning time, I had to go down to the concierge yet again to let them know, at which point they sent a technician to our room.
He came and realized that it doesn’t work, yet told us to go about our day and when we come back that it doesn’t work still we can go to the concierge and switch our room.
After this, they ended up giving us a different room, which was worse in its own way. The room smelled like rotten eggs, we had to use air freshener the whole night we were there just to sleep the night and get out the next morning.
I pleaded for 2 days to talk to a manager, and the only answer I got was “the manager isn’t here”
I asked for contact information, they refused to provide the managers information.
I will be seeking a refund with corporate.
