Very close to the falls, casino, and dining. They advertise that there is a Keurig in the rooms, so brought my favorite brew from home. The machine didn't work. They brought a 2nd one, same thing, then a 3rd. Still no go. The downstairs layout is odd. There is a bar adjoining two fast food restaurants. So, you have to order from separate venues instead of putting items on same order. Breakfast is in the same area. It was a nice breakfast on the Sunday I was there, but rather skimpy the other days. The facility itself seems run down. On more than one occasion, I heard staff sounding upset about others.

Decent place for this price, the hot tub and pool was a nice addition as well. Breakfast was ok but it’s nice that it was included with our stay. Very convenient walk to the falls because it’s so close.

One of the staffs named Gabriel or Gaby, he was very rude to us and not helpful. Whe we asked his name he just left and did not interfear any more. Everything else was good except this incident.

Property is very good and very well maintained. Rooms are clean, tidy and specious. Best part is the Falls is walkable. Parking could have been provided free for hotel guest.

For the price everything was fantastic. I had an issue with my bathroom door but, that was resolved quickly by maintenance. Biggest issue has got to be Parking. The Hotel charges an additional fee to park onsite and the nearby parking garages are expensive. Never been to a hotel that I had to pay to park so that was a surprise.

If you don’t plan on staying in the hotel for their amenities, then this is an okay stay. The towels are a little disgusting. Stained and doesn’t smell clean.

It is litterally walking distance to the Falls. Parking overnight in their lot was $20. Rooms were clean. Burger and pizza restaurant on the ground level. Breakfast was average. Good assortment of options.

We checked in and got to our room. The door was open. It smelled like someone had just wandered in and used our bathroom then left. It looked like someone had tried to push the door open, the lock was barely screwed into the wall. The bathroom had exposed screws. We didn't even set our stuff down. Walked right back down to the front desk and got a refund.

Staff was fantastic. The only real issue i had was the parking situation. I definitely didnt like having to park in a garage down the street for days.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience of the security hold for incidentals, we are one property among many around the world that do require a security hold regardless of how the rooms is paid for. This 200 is just a hold and dose release from your account at checkout (as long as they are no additional changes you have accrued or damages during your stay) but depending on who you bank with will depend on the time the funds will be released back to your account. Worst hotel ever!!!
Stay away! Dirty, run down rooms. The pool is grimy. The staff is RUDE! You have to PAY for parking. They put a $200 hold on your card for incidentals, and said it will be returned in TEN DAYS! They better not charge me for everything that was already broken in the room.

As for the parking fee most hotel in the downtown area charge for parking as well as the city charges for you to park on the street we are sorry for this inconvenience if you were not aware of this when booking. The 200 security hold on your card was just a standard hold that most hotel's have for extra charges that guest may occur during your stay or damage fee. We do release the hold when you check out and depending on your bank will depend on when they release those funds back to your account. We once again extend our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay.
