Everything was amazing! Above my expectations! The room was clean, big and had everything I needed. The receptionists were so nice! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and so much fun! Thank you! Will come back for sure.

This hotel was very nice with lots to do on the property. Good for children there was a playground and a pool in the courtyard and an arcade. Nice place to have a staycation.

This place is amazing. My kids had so much fun. Love the tropical feel. My ONLY complaint (no fault of the hotel) is the hockey teams! Both the parents and players seem to be completely oblivious that others are there as well. Myself and another parent had to exit the pool as it was no longer safe for our small kids. The hockey teams and adults with them definitely act like they own the place and take over all open areas and just run around like crazy, with no regard for others that they may run into or hurt. If possible i would call and ask if hockey teams are staying before booking!

Our family stayed here for two nights during March Break. The pool area was a little busy for the most part, but it was March Break, so that was expected. The staff were lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. Aside from our bathroom door not closing properly or our drawers the room meet our needs. It was nice to have the indoor playground for the younger children. Overall, we had a fun stay.

We were a group of 3 familes/rooms. Staff were very accommodating when we asked for rooms close together. One of our rooms had trouble with the room key but both Steve and Steven were great at fixing the problem. Steve was very friendly when he was working in and around the pool, joking with the kids and playing ball with them, he was fantastic! Would absolutely stay there again

Great place got a family getaway. Wouldn’t stay in the courtyard again. Very loud. Family day weekend was especially loud until midnight. Hard time for my n kids to fall asleep.

I love the place very quiet the only thing i was not happy was the pool is so cold that my 3 year old daughter wasnt able to enjoy it. She was.shievering and her lips turn blue coz it super cold and when you get up from the pool its more cooler i thinks thenheater was not that high at the moment.

Nice hotel, amenities within the hotel. No Frills is literally next door with a lot of food options around the area as well! Pool area temperature was a little low and made you feel cold when in the pool. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.
