This was the second time i stayed here. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of selections and the food is good. The pool and pool area are a good refreshing place to relax.

Hotel service, staff, and breakfast are all wonderful. We are upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony jacuzzi. The view is unbeatable. Everyone from bellman, concierge, receptionist, life guard at the pool, to bartender, waiter, house keeper, and hotel security are very polite, courteous and friendly. The hotel even had a surprising birthday cake for me on my birthday. What a lovely gesture! Thank you Sunrise Nhatrang for making our stay comfortable and truly relaxed. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Beautiful building and pool area. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Dining was limited within the hotel but plenty of food places in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow what a HORRIBLE experience this was by DAY 2! I don't understand how they can be rated a 4.5 or 5 star hotel? Everything was old and breaking down in there! We had multiple complaints for the hotel: Towels that were so thin they may as well have been handkerchiefs. Robes that make you look like Jesus. The incompetent staff who brought surprise birthday balloons in late to my surprise birthday in the room. The bipolar shower who was hot and cold every 7-8 seconds. My wife told me about the ancient gym ruins which I dismissed going to after her experience. (amenities not room) And lastly the shower slip which I tipped over my boiling point when my daughter got hurt slipping. The hotel was supposed to fix the shower door and drain the night before and left it without coming back to fix it even by the next day. She ended up slipping and cut her hand. Shes only 4 years old and now scared to step into any shower over fear of slipping and hurting herself. That was it for me. I blew up, called it quits on this hotel and had it cancelled. Thankfully we were only there for 2 full days instead of the 15 days we had planned. The management was rude, except for the lady (I don't know her name) who checked us out who was quite sweet. She would be the only positive coming from this hotel stay. Never again, lesson learned. If only more reviews were there to see the red flags. I hope more people see this one. Maybe then the hotel owners will do something about it.

Sunrise Hotel NHA Trang
Stayed 8 nights @ Sunrise second time since our 2018 visit. This time things were not as good as first stay: buffet breakfast had none of the delicious Vietnamese salads we raved about - the spread was western and has not changed during our stay. The beach was not cleaned and beach umbrella, towels and sunbeds were provided well after 7am while other hotels manned their beach areas earlier given sun rises before 6am. Not coming back

Best in Nha Trang
Ive been to Nha Trang several times and this qas by far the best experience. View was amazing for the sunrise. The breakfast was first class with lots of choice both western and Asian. Lovely pool and other decent facilities. The room was comfortable and spacious. I thunk the hotel's biggest asset is its staff. Everyone of them went out of their way to help and were just really pleasant to be around. Front desk/porters/cleaning/pool & beach staff all had smiles on their faces and wanted to assist. They even had a guard to help you cross the road to the beach. Can't fault the place and the cost was reasonable too.

Our lovely sunrise stay.
We loved our stay here. It was great value for our money. We got a king bed with an ocean view. The pool is cool and refreshing, it’s walking distance to many shops and restaurants BUT, the food at the restaurant is exceptional. We loved breakfast too. We even caught sunrise the last morning we stayed.

OK but some improvements needed
Overall the trip was ok but for us there were 3 issues 1. Noise, we stayed in a suite in the main building and the windows were not double glazed so there was a lot of noise from the street from 4.30am 2. Light the window curtains were not black out and Not a good fit so sun shone into the room very early. 3. Staff, reception and concierge were helpful and friendly but some of the bar staff were not very attentive they were more interested in there phones than the guests.

The hotel is a very impressive building. When we were there it was very quiet so cant say what it would be like when full . The room we stayed in had a great view of the water front and a great jacuzzi on the balcony to enjoy the early evening in. Breakfast was really nice and varied . Situated about a 10 minute stroll from the main town it was far enough away from the hussle of the area but close enough for easy walking.

The service was absolutely spectacular. Everyone at the hotel provided amazing customer service and had a positive attitude. The pool area was beautiful, the lobby was clean and decorated well, and our suite was sparkling clean with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The jacuzzi tub on our balcony was a major highlight of our trip. It was such a pleasure to sit in the jacuzzi tub and look at the ocean. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. One e strange thing was that on arrival the shower water wasn’t coming out clear, but once we notified front desk they came up and fixed it. The staff was friendly and eager to help through the entire stay. The hotel is in a feat location in walking distance to the night market and of course the beach. The room was very spacious and clean. Pleasant stay for us. We were notified of ongoing construction near by as well but we didn’t feel any disturbance through out our visit

Love this hotel place is very clean and elegant. 1 thing i didn’t like about this hotel room is the noisy (music bass) super loud echo music coming from 10th floors out nowhere (room 1002). Couldn’t sleep until 3am.

We were excited to stay at this hotel as suggested from family member. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to certain dead in the family. This hotel wouldn’t refund me like other hotels and airlines had done for me. I would definitely think twice before booking this hotel when I’ll visit Nha Trang next time

What I liked about the property was the location an the view of beach. On the other hand what I didn’t like was the first thing they said was how many people and they charged me an extra $25aud per night for my 4 yo son who shared a bed with us, we stayed 6 nights! the cleanliness and service was also VERY disappointing. We booked a room with 2 double beds for 5 people when we arrived at 9pm we had a discussion and were eventually moved to a room with a double bed and a single bed and the added a roll away bed. We didn’t get to sleep until close to midnight. By this time room service had finished and we went to bed hungry. We saw a cockroach on our was checking out of hotel. The air con didn’t work properly and as made worse when House keeping turned it off when he cleaned our room. The fridge smelt like it had a dead rat in it. . The lady that checked us in was so rude. I just wanted to leave right there and then. I would not stay here again - so many better hotels in the area

Dear Nesci, Xin Cam On for staying at Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa. We regret that your stay didn't meet your expectations, but would like to clarify your statements. Prior to your arrival you sent us a message through your booking engine, that your airport transfer should be part of the room rate as shown on the website of the booking engine, to which we replied, that we will comply, once you show this to us upon arrival, as we were unaware of such benefit part of the room rate. When asking for it during the check-in process, you were only able to show us that transfers can be arranged against a fee, we therefore charged the fee, which was known to you. Your booking was done for 4 persons, while you checked-in with 5 persons. The 5th person's age was outside the stipulated "free" accommodation provisions, therefore another charge applied. While we had to arrange the room with an additional bed, you were offered another room to rest while we prepared the room for you. We have investigated the matter of not being able to offer you any kind of food during the night hours and can't follow your statement that there wasn't anything available. We do offer a limited room service menu after 10 p.m.. Vietnam is a country located in the tropics, there will always be any type of termites in the public areas of the hotel. We are proud to mention, that with our frequent and regular treatment system, the presence of any termites is kept to an absolute minimum. With best regards Ingo G. Raeuber General Manager

The staff at the property were amazing, and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Since this was a return trip to the hotel for my wife and me, we brought along with us six more family members, including 3 children. Everyone raved about the facilities and the food. All enjoyed the pool, but my wife immensely enjoyed her time in the spa. The facilities are great and the staff tries to ensure a five star experience. We will be returning soon.

Great time
Had the pleasure to stay at the Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel and cannot give them enough praise for tiger fantastic hotel. The staff are pro active, at times it seems they know what you want before you even ask, such a great feeling to stay at a place where the staff are constantly looking for ways to make your stay a pleasure and doing this with such warm and natural love for their hotel. Highlights include the breakfast buffet which contains everything you could possibly want. The breakfast chef actually knew what you would order after a day or two and would as you when you first walk on if you wanted the same items again!! The three egg omelette is a winner! The beach and pool staff who literally run up to you when you arrive with fresh towels and recommendations on which seat to take. Overall the rooms are outstandingly clean as were all the hotel facilities. Highly recommended =

Arrival at the hotel was about 40 minutes after leaving the airport. The check-in process was very quick and professional, and we were in our room within minutes of arrival. We booked a Suite for a bit more space, and certainly got that. Nice big room on the 9th floor directly under the roof top bar. Which was handy for Happy Hour drinks. The room had a large balcony with a private spa bath, and brilliant 180 degree views over the foreshore and ocean. It was perfect for watching the locals swimming from sunrise until around 8am when they headed off to work. Then they reappear late in the day for cool off swim after work. The only negatives about the room, was the tiny coffee/tea cups and the very poor quality bath towels, which were quite small and thin. Certainly not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel, they were more like 2-3 star towels. The buffet breakfast was good, with a variety of Eastern and Western cuisines. So something for everyone. The pool was good, but could have been a bit bigger considering the size of the hotel. Banana lounges were excellent as were the umbrellas and service from the staff at the pool. The staff throughout the hotel were all very friendly and happy to help if you had a question or needed some help. Typical of Vietnamese people. All things considered, the hotel is pretty good and I'd stay there again, and would also recommend it to a friend as well.

This hotel advertises promotions online but when asked im told that promotion has finished 3 months ago! When challenged they honoured it. This building's in serious need of modernisation. 5 star? Maybe in Vietnamese standards. damaged furniture, mould in the bathroom! Around £70 a night in a third world country in the middle of no where is a bit steep. The Room had a nice view, jacuzzi on the balcony, the a/c was poor and didn't cool the room. TV had only few channels. The noise from the street was terrible. At 5.50am public announcments and traffic noise. The pool was noisy with children.Breakfast had a good selection however the room only had ceiling fans and was just too hot. We needed to wait in the lobby at check out for your room to be checked. The web site states a private beach with life guards. It’s a public beach with 8 beds. Opened till 5.30pm, staff close it at 5pm. Life guards watched phones and not the swimmers. Again I asked to speak to a mgr about the beach and false advertising I was told there was none. As I was persistent, miraculously I managed to speak to a mgr who said that he was in his room off duty.The manager is obnoxious, has no customer service skills and was rude telling me that they would update the website tomorrow just for me. He acted like a child. Mr. Rauber General mgr don't bother replying, this is to warn potential guests. A manager should listen to feedback and accept the faults.Telling me he is busy and started at 5am is not my concern.
