I was really disappointed with this hotel, our room was dirty, the shower leaked, the floor we were in had bags of rubbish and smelled awful. I would not stay again.

Awesome staff that were accommodating and respectful. Location was great as restaurants and the beach are within a short walking distance. Building was clean and the pool and view were beautiful.

Good hotel with very reasonable price. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. One recommendation is to use some products to clean the yellow stain in the shower. Overall, good experience.

A great stay
Great hotel with shops, restaurants and the beach nearby. Rooms were very modern, and a lovely roof top pool - could do with a few more sun loungers though! Breakfast is good, variety of western and local options.

We stayed at The Nagar in March and found the most helpful staff ever! Tien, after loads of phone calls managed to get my phone, which I left on a sleeper bus, returned to me and Loan helped us every day, with taxis, coaches, restaurant suggestions and anything we wanted!! The hotel itself was very pleasant, the breakfasts good and all the staff fabulous. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much. Molly & Stephen xx

Absolutely loved our stay here at Nagar Hotel Nha Trang! The best staff ever- super friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast buffet each day and the ability to have a cool dip in the pool at the end of a hot day. I hope to return someday :)

A gem of a find! Close proximity to the beach yet quiet and off the busy main road. Helpful, friendly, multilingual staff made our stay a pleasure. Excellent variety at breakfast (including local and western items) with omelettes made to order. We stayed here twice during our tour of Vietnam and will definitely return. Great job, Hotel Nagar!

We stayed here for three night. The front desk staff (Nhân) was very nice. She allowed us to do early check-in, gave room upgrade, and offer late check out. I would stay here again the next time I am in Nha Trang.

Great pool but loads of Russian tourists
Nice hotel, beautiful room and beautiful view. Pool was great but there are limited seating options which fill up fast. Breakfast was a nightmare. Loads of guests, hard th O find a table, lots of screaming kids, staff unable to keep supplies up and overall popped quality.

Great location that is a walking distance to shops and beach. Great swimming pool on the rooftop with good views to the beach and cities. Great customer services. What I don’t like is that it was so crowded with many tour groups from China. The checkin waiting area is sort of noisy. Overall, it was good experiences.

Very welcoming staff who were always happy to help. Beautiful room with an incredible view and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast selection was also very good. Great hotel in a good location near to the beach
Great location near to the beach and Sail club. We arrived early and the staff were very accommodating in letting us check in earlier than we expected. Breakfast was ok but taylored towards local tastes. Rooms very good, though there was maintenance work going on in the rooftop bar area which was unavailable for some of our stay.

4 days 3 nights family trip
The hotel looks new. The triple room we had was spacious, beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good with quite a wide spread. Location of hotel is strategic with food, souvenir shops, massage, the beach etc all within walkable distance.

It was alright with a bit of disappointment
It was our getaway trip from kids. Booked this hotel because of high ratings and heard that it was kind of new. As soon as I booked it I realised it took on many tours and I was kinda worried. I emailed the hotel requesting a floor without tours and the hotel confirmed with my request. Upon arrival, I ended up staying in the same floor with the loud tours. 85% are pax from tours that during the breakfast buffet it was all loud and noisy. We went to the gym, the aircon was off. We went to the sauna, the lady’s one was off. We requested late check out, the hotel requested an extra 700.d. We wanted to order a shuttle to airport, their credit card machine did not work well. We ended up having to exchange more dong at the very end of the trip. We understand the hotel tried their very best but everything is kind of disappointing.

Comfy guestroom with reasonable price
The hotel looks new and modern. It is centrally located, walkable distance to Night Market and Vincom Plaza (shopping centre). The bed and room are comfy. A minor issue is that the balcony isn’t looked like what we expected. The so-called balcony is just a narrow gap between the exterior of thd building and the window glass, and can only fit one person. There is also a red tower blocking our seaview.

This is a modern new build hotel which is clean and good to stay in for a purple of nights if you want to hit the beach in NhaTrang. The room did however smell of sewage at times (there were probably drain issues). The staff, although kind, had very poor spoken English and communicating with them was an issue. We ordered food and we had to speak to four different people and have someone visit our room for them to understand our order. The mackerel meal we ordered was dry and rubbery and we paid nearly 500K Dong for two people. I recommend the hotel as one of the better ones in Nha Trang, but it is not worth ordering from the a la carte. Be mindful that all around the hotel and in Nha Trang generally there is a lot of construction work going on. It is a bit of a physical assault course walk on the pavement and to cross the road.

So great we extended our trip!
We had an excellent time at the Nagar hotel in Nha Trang. So much so we stayed an extra night! The service was excellent out room was quite large and the view of the beach was breathtaking. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

This is an excellent brand new hotel. It is located a stones throw away from the beach. There are many spa/massage shops nearby. The staff are very helpful and can communicate well in several languages. I had a wonderful time here. Very luxurious place that doesn’t break the bank.

All was great except bed comfort
This place is fantastic. The staff is extremely helpful and most actually speak basic english. In my time touring the country this far I've found that many hotels will advertise English speaking personnel falsely. Bonus points there! The hotel is located in a bit of an awkward location, but once you get used to it one realizes it's in the heart of many of the activities. Plenty of food and drink options in very close proximity. The beach is a stone's throw away too. It is brand new and our hotel room still had that "new" smell to it as well. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of many Asian and Western options. The only complaint I have to offer is the beds. While the bed was nice and big (two twins together), they were extremely hard. I was extremely tired most the time so I slept fine, but when you wake up Rested you realize the bed is a board. Definitely not the stiffest bed I've slept on, but it's certainly one of the worst. When they can, they should ditch the beds for some that are more comfortable.

Nice hotel in good location
Great location being 5 minutes to the beach. The rooftop swimming pool was also really lovely. Breakfast was poor. Lots of variety but poor execution. The shower design also left a flooded bathroom floor and towels unfortunately as the idea of the window looking back into the room was unique.
