10/10 Excellent

"Had an amazing stay matter of fact we booked an extra night. Room was clean and quite, beds and pillows were comfy. The staff was absolutely the best, she was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard waffles, coffee, yogurt, juice etc. But it was always stocked up and the staff kept it clean. Didn't use the air conditioner but the heater worked great. Only downside was the bubbles in the hot tub didn't work and being on the third floor hauling all your stuff up and down stairs kinda sacked. But regardless of that I will most definitely being staying again"

"Staff was very helpful when I had to switch rooms after shower upstairs leaked into my room. The new room was ground floor so view was somewhat obstructed. New room had less window opening and no second window for airflow. Had to use a box fan for comfort and that drowned out the sound of the ocean. Microwave in the new room had to be replaced. Refrigerator in the first room did not work. They are in the process of renovation. All staff was very friendly."
