"I can’t say enough how this property was located in the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach, along with being in walking distance from everything you need! We were parking in metered parking and were walking around the area since we were early for check in but they were able to release the room early and we paid for parking in a lot for $30. It was more convenient than running down to fill the meter(and meter maids were patrolling the lot). We had a spacious room with a king bed and trundle. Both were clean and comfortable. Large showers and toiletries were provided. The rooms are on the 2nd floor, above a steak house restaurant. The view was partially of the parking lot but off to the right, views of the pier and the beach! The weather was perfect and sunny in the afternoon. There are a lot of food options so everything is walking distance along the boardwalk. The Dory provided continental breakfast(yogurt, chia pudding with fruit, bagels, & muffins, plus coffee and juice. If you like flavored coffees, Newport Coffee is right out the front door! If you have a problem with stairs be aware there are a few in rooms or the hallway to the room. There was an elevator to get you to the second floor but there were a few stairs. I would have given a perfect score but summer break just started so there was shouting and yelling later in the evening. Woke us up a couple of times so had to leave the windows shut."
