We enjoyed the location of the Viking Lodge - the view of the ocean was beautiful. The room was very nice especially the hot water and coffee maker after a long day outside.

This would be an awesome place in the summer. We were there when it was cold and foggy so we couldn't enjoy the beach front property. The 2 km gravel access road wasn't mentioned in the property info. It could be a problem in bad weather.

Excellent accommodations. Very clean, friendly staff, great location, sufficient amenities, great continental breakfast included. 25 minutes from L'Ans Aux Meadows. Its unfortunate that expedia charges more for room than if you call the lodge yourself

the place is a ways out of town so it pays to be organized regarding mealtimes. A continental breakfast is included. The rooms have a microwave and bar fridge but no utensils

We were booked at another place as this was not available. Our first hotel offered a free breakfast. We did not get breakfast at the second place. Place is nice but no where to eat. TV was broken and a plumbing problem. Bertha was a wonderful person. Did not get a refund for three missed meals.

I was moved from the Viking lodge to another of his properties in another area. I got there around 5:30 pm, the key was in the door, no one around and this town has no restaurant. So, no supper tonight as the closest place to eat is 39 kilometres away and I did not feel like doing that driving after a long day. Also the TV would not work and the network is insecure and super slow. This is just bad luck and this is not supposed to go in a review of any kind.
