Our room and the hotel ticked all our boxes. Only a heated swimming pool was missing. Loved how breakfast was included. And enjoyed our work-out in the well-equiped gym.

I felt like we were staying in a hospital. This was extremely overpriced and no hotel atmosphere. The staff on arrival and departure were good with customer service. There was absolutely no compassion for us when we had to leave early for sickness. They are all about your money.

Breakfast was good except the coffee machine was woeful. I had tea the second day. There was only two light switches for the room and one of them was for the bathroom. Lighting could have been more responsive to help with watching the telly.

It was a quite and pleasant stay, only thing was the breakfast buffet, it would have been more choices and more hot food, most of the food were all out of stock.

The hotel itself was very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, the neighborhood had an element of danger with lots of graffiti, bars on windows and doors, and garbage around the area.

Room had a great view. Cleaned well except for under the bed, where I found a few strange things. There were no bottled water in the fridge had to buy bottled water or drink from the bathroom sink (glasses were provided). The complementary tea, coffee, sugar and milk were nice too. Breakfast was amazing! There is very little in terms of restaurants and pubs around the area. All seem closed and abandoned yet on Google it’s shows they are still open & operating. However if you drive a few minutes away you’ll find nice places to eat, enjoy a drink and dance. Staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly too.
