Overall hotel was great. Check in was quick and easy and man at front of desk was very nice. The only disappointment was the pool was closed which is one of the main reasons we chose that hotel since we were traveling with kids. I probably would have chosen a different hotel had I known it wouldn’t be open. Large stain on the carpet in the room was gross, but otherwise room was clean. Would stay again. 10 min drive to Legoland and 2 min drive to Castle Fun center.

Our sink was clogged and coffee machine didn’t work. We had to use common bathroom during night. Very inconvenient.

Traffic noise was constant. Tiles in the bathroom moved when walked on. One Window blind was ripped and the blackout blind wouldn't stay in the channel. The microwave plate wasn't the right one, it was too big and had a different center fitting for the spinner which meant the plate wouldn't rotate.

Our key are timed out twice. Also a drunk guest acted very aggressive towards us and hit the elevator door as we were about to get off on our floor because he was waiting for the elevator for five minutes. (It was not our fault. The elevator is just slow). The street side is very noisy because of the cars off the highway.

Easy check in. However the clerk did not give any details about the amenities and breakfast buffet, a map of building or anythibg like that. I had to google and go to FAQ. She was friendly though! The bathroom sink was slow draining, shower prssure was pretty low.. just falling out of shower.head, no info in the room about wifi, pool, breakfast.. Not even a bible if you believe that!!

locate in a quiet area but close to a hwy exit. 15 mins drive to Woodbury Common Outlet. There is a CVS, gas station and some food options available. Taco Bell / Burger King next door.

we loved everything about this hotel. Staff was amazing and the amenities were great. The free parking is also rare, so that was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be back

Swimming pool water was not clear. Temp was cold. Area was poorly lit. It was obvious however how dark the water was when the lights did finally come on. Hotel was not the cleanest. Close to castle fun. Staff was uninviting with the acception of a breakfast staff member who donated a great personality. She was helpful and kind. Breakfast food was good. Many options. Area is also loud with traffic.

Construction and not a good location
Construction outside our window Saturday and Sunday as early as 8:00 am. Particles blowing into our room from the construction when turning room fan on. Could hear the interstate traffic and people on second floor all night.
