"When we arrived staff were courteous and explained everything that we needed to know and explained that there was a film set in hotel with shooting ongoing always answered any query we had wether it was during the day or even late in evening/early morning security staff as well were excellent as someone who doesn’t sleep much they provided chat no matter what time of day or night . One downside was no breakfast in this hotel although informed we could go to sister hotel around the corner I felt that it would have been better with breakfast being available"

"Reserved accessible room— said they didn’t have one- we had 3 people and 1 in a motorized wheelchair and quadrapalegic- after an hour- they finally found one- overcharge us for room because printer was broken and couldn’t give us a receipt and told us it would be mailed. I am on a cruise now and can’t handle the problem until I get home"
"The AC was not strong enough during the day. Horribly humid.
Of room had one of the beds with stains on the sheets.
And finally, the guests next to us were screaming at each other for over 30 minutes. I called twice, and was told someone would come up. They never did.
The bar and restaurant downstairs was pretty nice. The room was pretty bad.
I do not recommend."

"This hotel is under renovation and should be closed until finished. Instead, they are open with a lot of disruption in simple things like room numbers hard to find/see to more annoying things like shower door falling off track and having hair conditioner with no shampoo or body wash. Lobby was completely in shambles with a front register on a portable table and agent checking me in with her toddler running around her. I was informed by email the restaurant was closed and the free breakfast lure was gone. Also, no mention that parking cost $30 for the night. What was supposed to be an affordable and comfortable stay turned out to be neither."
"Microwave didn’t work, and we had ants in our room by the end crawling in wall and nightstand. Place is ran down. Does not look as new as it does in the photos"
