"After checking in, I was given a room that had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guest. I returned to the front desk and showed the staff photos. So they moved me to another room.
Unfortunately, the second room also had trash left in the trash can, which made me question the hotel’s housekeeping standards. I did not want to go back to the front desk again, so I stayed for the night and moved on with my trip the next morning.
There is also no breakfast restaurant on the property. My room was near the ice machine and laundry room, and I could hear noise from the hallway after midnight, which woke me up.
The front desk staff was helpful when I raised the issue, but the cleanliness and noise problems made the stay disappointing."
