I’ve been to the dream before for work (bridal makeup artist) and to go to the club Phd, so i knew the ambiance was nice, and this hotel was aesthetically pleasing. After staying here i can say the staff was great and helpful, the rooms were clean and i felt safe. Whenever me or my boyfriend called for something they were speedy with getting whatever it was to our room, ice, cups, silverware ect. The men who helped us at the front desk both nights were friendly and wonderful. I heard complaints about rooms being too loud and hearing the nightclub but we didn’t have that problem in our room, we didn’t hear the nightclub at all. We had a room with a king bed overlooking the pool. We didn’t get to try the restaurants in the hotel, and we didn’t go to the bars or clubs but we did venture out for dinners, shopping, and a rangers game. This hotel is in a great location. There were so many great restaurants and shops walkable. MSG was only about a mile walk. We also took advantage of Chelsea Market being a few feet away. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Cute hotel, cute vibe, only thing that annoyed me was the lighting. If I put on light in bathroom it illuminated the entire room making it difficult for others to sleep.

Stayed on 3/31-4/1…Front desk lady that checked me in was friendly and professional . The property itself is clean with nice aesthetics. However, rooms are small and tight. Like Most NYC hotels in the city . The downside for me was that, I forgot my bottle of champagne in the room I stayed at, called back the hotel same day to find out about it, but I was given the run around and was told by front desk lady that “stuffs like that gets thrashed “. It was a brand new unopened champagne!!! Smh

Had to call for them to bring my bags up. It took forever for them to answer at the desk. Also was not given access code to Wi-Fi. Had to call for that. It took a while to answer. Probably was busy though at desk. Overall property very nice and comfortable and close to Chelsea market.
