I stayed for 4 nights and loved how spacious and light the room was. I also loved that I could connect to Netflix on the TV. The bed was comfortable, and I felt safe. My room was cleaned daily and well, although one of my sandles/thongs went missing! But as this cost under £1.00, I didn't mind.
What needs to be improved? The shower wasn't as powerful - I have a powerful one at home, and I noticed this wasn't strong at all and paled in comparison. I did however love the bath, and took advantage of it. The windows do not provide decent sound protection, so be prepared it could be loud at night, even though I was on the 10th floor, so often fell asleep to a favourite show. The main issue was that only one lift was working, which caused delays going up and more so when going out/down. I was seeing a few shows, and was worried I would miss the start of one, so walked down the stairs, and it definitely made my knees feel sore for a few days as the stairs are steep! So give yourself at least 5 minutes for the lift.
Other than that, I found customers service helpful and polite, no matter who I dealt with, so thanks for pleasant stay. Also, you can only check in via an online reservation and cannot do it via their service desk - quite unique I thought, but didn't delay me much. They were also great allowing me to get an early and late check out.
