Hi Mark,Very sorry about the spot of blood that was found on the extra bed. My only explanation that I can think of is that someone had an extra guest in there and made the bed perfectly again in order to not show that they had en extra guest they hadn't booked and paid for. As for bed bug. We have never had any bed bugs in the motel and after a thorough inspection we still have not foud any. Sometimes there may be ants or bus that enter the room, as mother nature does this and we try to control that as it happens and the best way we can, but we have never had bed bugs.we hope you enjoyed your stay other wise.ThanksPaul

Hi CarolA simple phone call will help solve any problems you may have operating any equipment. There is a phone in the rooms with instructions to dial 600 for reception. Most problems can be fixed immediately, but we cant do that if we don't know about it..!

Thankyou for your review... all onebedroom units and studios have courtyards/outdoor areas with seating. Perhaps you chose the Cosy Saver/Small studio which clearly states there is no outdoor private space.
