"We had a great stay here. The property is very clean and comfortable, the owners go the extra mile by providing a few drinks and snacks, communication was very clear, and we felt we had privacy even though it's part of their home. It's in lovely location near the port, but still walking distance to town for dinner. Highly recommend and would stay again."

"This was an awesome little property, in a lovely spot with a great view. We stayed for three nights but would have been happy to stay here longer if we had the time. The location on the coastal walkway was an added bonus too, we walked to the city and back- not a short walk but doable on a mild autumn day. Te Moana was very well equipped and very comfy- with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area and be happy to also recommend this place to...

"This was a great place to stay. It was very spacious and had a nice garden for the children to play in and it had wonderful views of the beach and Port Taranaki from the deck. It was lovely to sit outside in the evening and watch the sunset and the boats being loaded at the port."

"We have stayed here before, although not in this unit. We were very sad this unit did not have recliners - the last unit we stayed in did. There is the absolute minimum of kitchen equipment and towels, and very cheap toilet paper. It's a shame since the units were built to be upscale, but they are being managed as mid-range. However, I suppose that is reflected in the relatively cheap rate."

"Right in the center of town Central to everything Cafe's, Restaurants, bar's, the Mall, CIty Parks, Promenade walks along the water front. A hop, skip and jump to everything. Well as for the Penthouse very spacious and comfortable. Everything you could ever need in a home away from home very well equipped with every kitchen appliance at your fingertips. With absolute Privacy and spectacular views of New Plymouth, with ocean views and beyond. Not to mention the beautiful view of Mt Taranaki...

"Nicely presented studio in quiet area very close to the beach. Small kitchenette perfectly adequate for preparing a meal, if required, with new Air Fryer and microwave. Great shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic location for cyclists and walkers wanting to do the coastal walkway. Tropical garden was very attractive. Studio 22 was excellent value. "

"There was no information on line or in the rooms about what would be available in the room and given it was well out of town it would have nice to know in advance that things like shower soap weren't provided which as most places supply we assumed there would be some. We had to then make a trip to town the next day to get supplies like soap etc and extra milk & teabags as there was limited supply of those (and we didn't want to use every last one otherwise it would have looked like we had just...

"Wonderful property below kitchen bathroom store. It had some really neat fittings! The mirror in the bathroom was amazing. Only complaint is that it needs one more chair in the living area so all 4 guests can sit comfortably."

"Excellent location, walk across the driveway, down a couple of steps and you are right on the beach. Plenty of parking, cabin had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. "
