Monique, upon your check in I personally showed you different rooms, the only non smoking room was upstairs and you stated you could not climb stairs also you had your choice of rooms that I took you to see. I do apologize about the tailor park normally these hard working families turn in by 9pm you caught celebration events all day all around our location as the church across the street had a wonderful thing along with the child's birthday celebration at the trailer park

Austin, We are constantly upgrading our rooms which I am sure that you observed the major remodeling and refurnishing of our rooms while you were here. After investigation I discovered that we upgraded your room at no extra charge because of the shower after resolving the issue and at the time you expressed that you were satisfied. Concerning Kitchenette, you must request it upon checking in and all of our rooms are equipped with Microwaves and refrigerators and our deluxe rooms are equipped additionally with coffee pots, ironing boards and irons.

I remember this situation as well as I remember that i authorized an upgraded room without any extra charge. I am sorry for your experience but I did what I could do to correct the situation. We are constantly upgrading our property but because of the age of our nationalistic building we cannot make changes to the structure other than regular maintenance and interior and exterior painting which we have just done. Please visit with us in the future to see some of the upgrade of furniture in the rooms coming very soon to better ensure the comfort of our guest.
