Drove into New Orleans - easy to find and parking available. Good location for sightseeing. Fair size room, very clean. Good breakfast choice.

The hotel wasn’t too far from the French Quarter, so we were able to walk there. There are restaurants and shopping close by. The parking area is closed to the public which was nice. Our room was comfortable and the hotel.

Staff was so very nice for the entire duration of our stay. Great location as it offers peace and quiet to sleep but also walkable to all of the iconic locations. The included breakfast was also great and more than expected! I would definitely like to stay here again.

The property was nice, only problem i had that the room is small and the pool. Other than that the hotel is pretty good. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast is awesome..

We had to wait 1 hour after check in time 3pm because we used expedia and booked in advance while people just walking in to get a room were given preference. The hotel is nice close to burbon street (10 min walk) front desk clerk christina was very dismissive and was almost angry that i asked to be checked in at the time the hotel says to check in. I came back 1 hour later to another front desk clerk and she was helpfull and very professional. So depends on who you get for customer service.

Everyone in the front was kind and welcoming. It’s super close to the French quarter whether that’s traveling by foot, Uber/taxi/car or streetcar. There’s good food around the hotel too great stay!

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good with many options and the staff kept the area clean and stocked. The room was small, but it was always clean and comfortable. This hotel is about 15 minutes walking distance from the Canal Street and to the Bourbon Street. The Reginelli's Pizzeria is close by and their pizza is delicious. We walked to the Caesar’s casino as well. Btw, there is no Harrah’s casino anymore.

Nice hotel I really appreciated how the hotel accommodated me during my stay and I love how they kept the rooms clean, whenever I left during the day I always returned to clean towels, wash cloths, clean made up beds and the shower felt so good and they have Dove soap. Worth the stay! Book it! Will return and book there again

Stayed in the standard king. This room is more like a 1 person room. The sink and mirror were outside of the bathroom, right next to the bed where the other person you’re traveling with May be sleeping. Barn door for bathroom and shower. I did not like this setup. Will not choose this hotel in the future. Place was a clean as expected. Average stay.

Hotel was average. Breakfast was above great! A homeless lady tried to steal my wallet right outside the hotel ,but thankfully i was able to grab it back from her. Maybe signs to remind ppl to watch their surroundings.

It was disappointing that the property was shabby but would have been ok if cleaned. Hallways never vacuum or just general pickup. They did try and clean the room but late in the day. Rated mot any less than the larger hotels. Wish we had tried somewhere else.

The place seemed old and neglected. Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. There was dried spaghetti sauce on both cabinets and floor. The light fixtures on each side of the bed had rust spots. The room was tiny. We waited at the front desk for five minutes for a person to show up and we had to go to the office to let them know we were there. We only stayed one night for a concert so we made the best of it and left. We will never stay there again.
