After confirming an extended check out time, we had front desk and maid service come to our door more than 6 times to rush us to leave during the initial check out period. Front desk did not make additional note of extended check out time when I was confirmed this option over the phone. Would appreciate consistency in the future.

The initial hotel representative I encountered during my check-in was not helpful. However, ever other staff member I encountered was very nice. I even spoke with another front desk clerk later that evening and he was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. I was not fond of the interior barn doors for the restroom.

My daughters & I stayed here on a girls getaway & all I can say is THANKYOU!!!!! Safe space 2 relax & rewind. Conveniently located next 2 EVERYTHING!!!!!!! The staff was amazing especially Makayla(front desk) & Maria(breakfast). They were very catering caring & friendly. Its a young African American male on Thursday overnight that was so accommodating & professional his level of knowledge & professionalism is superb. I will recommend this clean convenient comfortable property again and again. & YES we WILL be back!!!! THANKYOU!!!!!!

Wish there was no fee for parking. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the location. Perfect walking distance, & far away to be able to get a good night rest.

The hotel wasn’t too far from the French Quarter, so we were able to walk there. There are restaurants and shopping close by. The parking area is closed to the public which was nice. Our room was comfortable and the hotel.

Staff was so very nice for the entire duration of our stay. Great location as it offers peace and quiet to sleep but also walkable to all of the iconic locations. The included breakfast was also great and more than expected! I would definitely like to stay here again.

The property was nice, only problem i had that the room is small and the pool. Other than that the hotel is pretty good. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast is awesome..

We had to wait 1 hour after check in time 3pm because we used expedia and booked in advance while people just walking in to get a room were given preference. The hotel is nice close to burbon street (10 min walk) front desk clerk christina was very dismissive and was almost angry that i asked to be checked in at the time the hotel says to check in. I came back 1 hour later to another front desk clerk and she was helpfull and very professional. So depends on who you get for customer service.

Everyone in the front was kind and welcoming. It’s super close to the French quarter whether that’s traveling by foot, Uber/taxi/car or streetcar. There’s good food around the hotel too great stay!
