This hotel is attached to a hospital in a safe area. It included a hot tub, pool, laundry facility, and cafeteria. Great for travellers looking to spend a few days visiting the city.

This was the second hotel we stayed in during our NOLA trip. One thing that’s very important to note that for some reason is never mentioned is that this hotel is attached to a hospital. It was very confusing for us because we are not from here and it wasn’t listed in the property description or in any reviews. And after the hullabaloo with our first hotel I was worried I got us a room in the hospital lol nonetheless, still an amazing hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Sizable rooms. We very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. It’s about 15-20 minutes from Downtown and has a parking garage.

Updated and Convenient to Hospital
The hotel has been upgraded since the last time we stayed there several years back. Rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Very quiet and so convenient to be able to walk into the hospital without leaving the building. Plus there is a parking garage that adjoins the building.

This was a great place to stay. Good price, wonderful hot tub and pool, quiet rooms and hallways, friendly, efficient staff and I was very pleasantly surprised. If someone had appointments at true Ochsner Medical Center, the Brent House Hotel would be an excellent choice. We were traveling thru and it was close to the airport.

Affordable Comfortable
If you're looking for an affordable and comfortable alternative to the tourist area this is it. Free parking and onsite security. Room was comfortable. The bath was small but more than adequate. No charging stations in the room but plenty of outlets. Staff was great and let us check in 90 minutes early.

Very nice property attached to the hospital. Very safe and quiet considering. No noise from the hospital at all. Not much in the area at all, except for a Waffle House and a CVS but thats what kept it nice and quiet. Bus line right out front too.
