I wasn’t impressed that breakfast was extra but there is no complimentary coffee either. We asked and it wasn’t available or until after 630 am and then you had to ask so I’m still not sure if there was a charge for it because we checked out and went to Dunkin’s. Don’t expect any extras with this stay

The property was very accessible. The check-in process was easy and quick. The room was clean and up to standard. Convenience came in how near my vehicle was to my room, allowing me to get the things I needed without issue. All in all, a good experience.

I stayed atthis property for four days in a row One room the TV didn't work. The other room the heater wouldn't work when I brought these problems to the staff at they were dismissed I was very unhappy with my treatment and would not recommend this place for anybody

I spent four days in a row with this hotel. First day they put me in a room that you couldn't hear the TV. Then on the fourth night they put me in a different room where you couldn't adjust the heat. It was 76 all night in the whole room and also I ordered food at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was substandard and they charged me $59 for a cheeseburger and two drinks. Now the cheeseburger I ordered that after I had to send back the chicken because the chicken was so tough you couldn't tear it apart. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Looks nice enough but I had a horrible experience checking in, I was told I wouldn’t be able to stay despite having paid in full (which was non refundable). After fighting for 35 mins, I got my room key. Unfortunately, the room smelled like urine and the thermostat was broken so it was 62 degrees the entire night in the middle of winter. Overall, not worth the money.

This was an excellent stay except the mattresses appear to have met their serviceable life and need to be replaced (they sank too much). Excellent check in counter staff and snack options.

Housekeeping services are quite weak. There was some trash in the bin when we checked into the room. In the shower, there was no shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bottles.

At first night the air conditioning was completely disassemble in your room… the hotel was sold out so we had to sleep in a noisy and warm room… but at least they didn’t charge that night… At third day of stay, we had no breakfast (which was included) because of a lack of staff… no cook… And the same day, the receptionist was really impolite when I was checking out and checking in to the next 3 days… but the maneger was nice!

I was disappointed to see no hand soaps, lotions etc. in the room. upon multiple requests to the front desk also, they did not bring it to my room in spite of promising me they would bring it to me. I finally went to the front desk late at night and told them I am disappointed. They finally gave me a bar soap and lotion. One night, we were too tired to go out for dinner so we ordered what was called "Mediterranean flatbread". It was such a disappointment. It was the most cheesy and unhealthy pizza we ever had. My daughter just ate a little and we threw the rest of it.

I love it here I was a little disappointed because I book a room that sleeps 3 and they didn't have the 3rd accommodation so i called front desk to see if we can get a roll away she said because we had a king bed it was against the law to give me a roll away so we had been inconvenience for sleeping arrangements
