Needs an upgrade. Management staff very accommodating. Some attention needs to be paid to maintenance and a good deep cleaning g. Appliances need an upgrade. The decor is very 80s however that being said we slept well. We were minutes from the arena, the weekend only cost a little over 200.00. Last minute booking so for the price it met all our needs. Next door to Sobeys, fast food, liquor store and gas station.

The motel is not a five star , but its a nice little room with a kitchenette, so that's a big perk for me when traveling, minutes away from , food and gercerie store , price is great , stayed several times and will return when i need to be in the area

It was convenient for fast food, gas, and the town center of Pictou. On the negative side, the door didn't seal out the cold winds, bedding was cheaper. Other than that, my stay was good.

Not a great stay
Check-in was confusing, as I had booked two rooms (a room each for my colleague and I) but we got put in rooms at either extreme of the property and staff telling us that they hadn't realized the rooms were booked together. Bed was clean (with perhaps the exception of the comforter), toilet sink and sub/shower were clean. Walls, blinds, floors visibly dirty and fridge wasn't well cleaned either. Odd smell in the room. Needed to sleep with losenges.
