Stayed here one night before walking the Heaphy and left my sunglasses in the room. The lovely lady who checked us in called me and left it at reception to pick up after the walk. Thank you for the nice clean and lovely room plus kiwi service!

Good place to stay while in Nelson. Short walk into town. There is a restaurant about 50m from the motel. The motel also has breakfast in the morning. Basic but fills the void. The staff were great at check in, and through out the stay. The property backs on the the port but that wasn't an issue..

we stayed last weekend for my birthday 9th of march . This place is clean and good value for money. Restaurant next door call the Anchor and yachts in front of the harbourside was very pretty @ night. walking distance up town 15 mins . Restaurants,countdown store, walking trails . we love our stay thank you very much and we will be back! Poppy & Richard

A nice clean property situated on the harbour with nice large, comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is even a free continental breakfast thrown in for good measure. Very enjoyable

We had a great stay at the Harbourside Lodge. Our room was spacious and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to downtown Nelson which didn’t bother us as the view of the marina was beautiful. The price of the room included a nice breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel.
