Stay was good but heat of the room was unbearable and could only be controlled by the front desk and it controlled the entry floor not just our. Anyhow the staff really were very apologetic and did what they could within their means to make us comfortable. The unfortunate thing was we could not opened the window every night because the cigarette smoke would come into the room from the outdoor smoking on the patio. Secondly, the water temperature was all over the place challenging to take a shower in the morning it was slightly better at night. Lastly, the bathroom was very much in need of new caulking everywhere and the toilet needs some TLC, it was loose and not anchored to the floor. There was no cleanliness issues with it just maintenance issues. .

Newgrange hotel had a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Navan is a great town with much to offer, very walkable and quiet.

The Parking lot was made for tiny cars, terrible car park, they need to up date it completely, will not stay there again until they do. The hotel is great other then that.

The bedroom was very clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy.

We had to book this property due to a business meeting and this was really the only option based on location. At first seemed charming in the lobby then once in the room it bordered on seedy. The room is in dire need of renovation. The toilet would not stop running and the shower never got hot and shower head sprayed everywhere. The shower curtain was pretty moldy. The towels were very thin and small. No amenities at all in the room. The tv did not work and neither did the internet. The furnishings were so outdated and worn. Thankfully the bed was comfortable. Will not return.
